Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and procedures for using the FunkyON service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Funkybro Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definition)

  1. “Service” means the closed special price sales platform and all related functions operated by the Company.

  2. “User” means a person who accesses the Service and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  3. “Buyer” means a user who purchases products provided by the Service.

  4. “Partner” refers to a user who creates and operates a campaign by signing up according to the procedures established by the company.

  5. “Supplier” means a business operator who enters into a contract with the Company and supplies products.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms and Conditions)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스 초기 화면 또는 연결 화면에 게시합니다.

  2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.

  3. 개정 약관은 시행 7일 전부터 공지하며, 이용자가 개정 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

  2. Product information provision and order payment system

  3. Partner campaign creation and performance management capabilities

  4. Services determined by other companies

제5조(서비스의 변경 및 중단)

회사는 운영상 또는 기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 사전에 공지합니다.

제6조(이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음의 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  3. 서비스 장애 초래 행위

  4. 캠페인 페이지의 가격·혜택을 외부에 공개하는 행위

  5. 기타 법령 및 공서양속에 반하는 행위

제7조(개인정보 보호)

회사는 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 개인정보 처리방침을 통해 이용자의 개인정보 처리 목적 및 방침을 공개합니다.

제8조(계약의 성립)

 

상품 구매 계약은 구매자가 결제 완료를 함으로써 성립합니다.

​​제9조(청약철회)

 

구매자는 전자상거래법에 따라 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 청약철회(반품)를 요청할 수 있습니다.

​​제10조(면책)

 

회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 서비스 제공이 어려운 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제11조(분쟁 해결)

  1. 회사는 이용자의 정당한 불만 제기를 신속히 처리하기 위해 노력합니다.

  2. 분쟁이 발생할 경우 관련 법령 및 공정거래위원회 소비자 분쟁 해결 기준을 따릅니다.
